Working on one farm and living on another was never going to do my car much good, nor make cleaning it an easy task, but Barry at Auto Detox was confident he could make it shine again. Barry came to my place of work and within a day had transformed both the look of the car and indeed my enjoyment of owning it. A very professional, friendly and adaptable approach means that I would use Barry again and happily recommend his services to anyone.

I can't recommend Barry's service enough.... This guy loves cars and fanatical on getting the finish as near perfect as possible.
Having spent half a day working on just my bonnet alone it was clear the car was not going to be complete in one day. Barry finished up and said he would pop back the next day for a couple of hours to complete... The next day came and so the couple of hours turned into another 7 hours working.
The result... Stunning, swirls and holograms removed, surface is like glass and in the right light it glistens.
Barry is a genuine guy who loves cars, will be seeing him soon for a top up through the summer

I don't live too far from AutoDetox and after I'd read positive comments on the internet I thought I'd give this lad a call. Our car had suffered from some chronically bad overspray, Barry had a look at the vehicle and we arranged a pretty tight budget to get the problem sorted! The results were astonishing - I couldn't believe it was the same vehicle. He'd worked 12 hours solid to get the paintwork back in order, and it wasn't just the state of the spray work he had to contend with. The overall finish he achieved was extraordinary from the wheels up. I've had so many compliments on the car I'll be taking it back for a top-up this year. For value for money and attention to detail you'd struggle to beat it and he's a very decent bloke to deal with too. Recommended!

Having decided to sell my car and not washing it for 3 months I had a look on the internet for valeters in Lichfield and stumbled across Autodetox. I gave Barry a ring and he came round and spent plenty of time looking at the car and discussing my options. As I was selling the car I didn't want to go mad but get the car looking good for any prospective buyers. Barry had the car and spent around 7 hours on it and it came back looking in showroom condition, it was fantastic. The attention to detail was amazing and places were cleaned that I would have never have dreamt of doing myself. The pictures he also took of my car helped me sell the car with ease. Would reccomend his friendly and value for money service to anybody and will be staying in touch with Barry to clean my other filthy cars!!!

Having found Auto Detox via a Google search I called and spoke to Barry who was very informative and helpful, I decided to have the seasonal protection package plus the engine bay clean & interior. Barry came out and spent eight hours carrying out the work. The attention to detail and the finish achieved was fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending Auto Detox.

I found Barry through his forum activities on the internet and decided to give him a call. He came over to view my vehicle and discuss the various options. This was the deciding factor for me as Barry is a nice chap and comes across well face to face. Hence, a clear assessment was made, price agreed and a date set. Barry worked flat out for 20 hours cleaning, correcting, and polishing my previously neglected newly purchased vehicle. The results were outstanding and passed the ultimate test of my wife that now agreed that it looked and smelt as new, which is pretty astonishing for a 6.5 year old car. Since then, Barry has offered advice on maintaining this condition and is always on hand to take a phone call or answer an email. In this day and age it is hard to get a decent service at pretty much any level, however in Barry's case this is the exception and it was truly money well spent !

Barry's (Auto Detox) work is unbelievable. He managed to transform my car into something I didn't think was possible again. His after service care is just as good too. He worked for two days flat out on the car and his hard work really shows, I would recommend him to everyone. He's very professional and a nice guy at the same time.

I contacted 4 specialists before choosing Barry to undertake the detailing to my Jaguar XF, the reason being that Barry was so personable and full of helpful advice. My car had just been put back together after a crash so needed paint correction to bring back to better than new. Barry worked non stop for two 10 hour shifts over a weekend so my car was not off the road during the working week and his efforts have proved to be excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Barry to friends and colleagues and hope to deal with him again in the future.
